How a placement actually runs

You share your requirement by phone, WhatsApp or the form. A placement manager calls back, usually inside 30 minutes, and takes the practical details: live-in or day shift, family size, cooking style, languages, pets, timings and start date.

We then shortlist two or three verified profiles instead of flooding you with names. You interview them, run a short trial at home, and only then confirm. We hand over the duty list, documents and salary understanding in writing on the joining day.

What we do when a placement does not work

Sometimes the fit is simply wrong: cooking taste, temperament, timings or a family emergency at her end. Inside the first 30 days we replace her free of charge and start shortlisting the same day you call.

We also keep standby profiles for the areas we serve, so a sudden absence does not leave your kitchen or your parent unattended for a week.

Fair treatment of the staff we place

Placements last when both sides are treated fairly. We insist on one fixed weekly off, agreed working hours, meals at the home for live-in staff, and salary paid on the agreed date. We say no to requirements that expect 16 hour days or no rest.
